Bizztify Revisions, Refund, & Liability Policy

1. Revisions Policy

At Bizztify, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services tailored to your needs. To ensure clarity and fairness, we provide the following revision structure:

1.1 General Revisions Policy

  • Each service includes a specific number of revisions (see section 1.2). Additional revisions beyond this will incur extra fees agreed upon in advance.

  • Revisions are for modifications to existing work and do not include new requests outside the original project scope.

  • All revision requests must be submitted in writing via email within the revision period.

  • Revisions typically take 3-5 business days, depending on complexity.

1.2 Revision Periods by Service Type

1.3 What Revisions Cover

✅ Minor text/design tweaks (e.g., color changes, small edits, formatting adjustments)
✅ Correction of errors or omissions
✅ Adjustments based on the original project guidelines

🚫 What Revisions Do NOT Cover:
❌ Major redesigns or new functionality requests
❌ Requests outside the agreed project scope
❌ Additional features, integrations, or substantial content changes

2. Refund Policy

We maintain a strict but fair refund policy to ensure professionalism and protect our time, effort, and resources.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery: If Bizztify fails to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe without any progress updates.

  • Failure to Meet Scope: If the delivered work does not match the agreed project scope, even after revisions.

  • Technical Errors Beyond Fixing: If an issue caused by our work significantly impacts functionality and cannot be resolved.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in these cases:

  • If the client changes their mind after work has already started.

  • If the client fails to provide necessary materials or respond, causing delays.

  • If the project is completed and approved by the client.

  • If the service has been partially or fully delivered and meets the agreed-upon scope.

  • If the client is dissatisfied due to personal preference but the service was delivered correctly.

2.3 Partial Refund Policy

  • If the project is less than 50% complete, a 50% refund may be considered.

  • If significant work has been completed, a small refund may be considered based on work done.

3. Legal Disclaimer – No Lawsuits Allowed

By working with Bizztify, the client agrees to waive all rights to legal action against Bizztify, its employees, and contractors.

3.1 No Liability for Business Outcomes

  • Bizztify provides services based on industry best practices, but we do not guarantee specific financial results, sales, or business growth.

  • The client acknowledges that marketing, branding, and digital strategies depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

3.2 No Lawsuits, Only Revisions or Refunds

  • Clients CANNOT pursue legal action against Bizztify under any circumstances.

  • The maximum resolution a client may receive is revisions or a partial/full refund, per the policies outlined above.

  • This agreement releases Bizztify from all legal claims, including but not limited to financial loss, reputation damage, or dissatisfaction with results.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a client is dissatisfied, we encourage open communication before considering any refund request.

  • Clients must submit a formal complaint in writing to [Your Support Email] within 5 days of final delivery.

  • Bizztify will review the request within 7 business days and propose a resolution (additional revision, discount, or refund if applicable).

  • If no mutual agreement is reached, Bizztify reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet policy criteria.

5. Chargeback Protection & Fraud Prevention

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a client initiates a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue directly:

  • We will submit all project evidence, communications, and signed agreements to the payment processor.

  • Clients who initiate chargebacks without valid cause may be subject to legal action for breach of contract.

6. Policy Agreement

By purchasing any service offered from Bizztify, the client agrees to the terms of this policy.

This policy is legally binding and applies to all clients.
